BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Members of the FDNY's marine unit braved the choppy waters of Little Neck Bay during Tropical Storm Isaias to rescue two stranded boaters — all while being unable to see a thing.

FDNY Marine Company 4 leapt into action just before 2 p.m. Tuesday, after receiving a call for help off the coast of Fort Totten in Queens.

They were in for a bumpy ride, as Isaias pelted the city with winds as strong as 73 mph and more than an inch of rain.
