It's still pretty much slow going in the area's real estate market. But that doesn't mean deals are not being made.

Tops on the list in recent weeks locally was a five-bedroom Brick Colonial in Little Neck Hills, which fetched a cool $1.4 million. Other more modest deals include a one-bedroom co-op apartment on West Mill Drive that sold for $254,000 and a charming Great Neck Colonial garnering $565,000.
