Here's some good news, however: this week there's a three-way tie for the area's lowest gallon of regular.
According to MotorTrend.com, area Mobil, Gulf and BP stations pegged regular petrol at $3.239 a gallon.

For premium, Ligo BP Service Station has the cheapest listed price-per-gallon at $3.439.
Citywide, average price-per-gallon jumped to $3.273, up from $2.200 a week ago, according to the American Automobile Association.
