Cyclist In Critical Condition Following Brooklyn Car Crash, Police Say
An adult on an e-bike was hit by an SUV early Monday in Bedford-Stuyvesant, according to police.

BROOKLYN, NY — A cyclist is in critical condition after he was hit by an SUV in Brooklyn early Monday morning, police said.
The cyclist, 40, was riding an e-bike when he was struck by the SUV just after 1 a.m. near Lafayette and Bedford avenues in Bedford-Stuyvesant, according to police.
The driver, a 27-year-old, remained at the scene, authorities said.

The unidentified victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital, the NYPD said.
It was not clear on Monday morning whether the driver would face charges in connection with the crash.
