It’s BROADWAY
on Main Street! On Friday, January 9 at 7:30 pm, come kick off the Lewisboro Library’s 2026 concert series with an unforgettable evening of Broadway Magic! 
The talented group of performers have been performing Broadway Nights together since 2014, with a repertoire of show tunes ranging from classics to little-known gems. Each has an impressive musical background. 
Heather Mieko Lackey has toured with The King and I, Buddy! The Buddy Holly Story, and Cats. Barbara Anselmi is a music director/arranger and orchestrator whose musical, It Shoulda Been You, played on Broadway and regional theaters. Heather Villaescusa Haddad is an award-winning cabaret artist, and has toured with Crazy for You and Guys and Dolls. Actor/singer Jay Haddad has appeared in regional productions of Little Shop of Horrors, Cabaret, and Merrily we Roll Along. Johnny Hawkins has toured with Jesus Christ Superstar and Cabaret, and performed at venues like The Hollywood Bowl and the Goodspeed Opera House. 
Reserved seating is $45 per person. Price includes beer, soft drinks, wine and light bites. Doors will open at 7:00 pm. Reserve your seats today – tickets are going fast!

The Gallery at Yellow Studio

The Gallery at Yellow Studio invites you to celebrate the opening of "Boundaries," a thought-provoking group exhibition featuring Beth Dary, Amy Kupferberg, Rita Maas, and Mary Negro. These four accomplished women artists share a conceptual approach to their practice, using abstraction and systematic processes to examine the structures and limitations that define our understanding of the world.

From distorted learning tools that question truth and censorship, to repetitive mark-making that reveals the unseen, to photography that explores how information is filtered and retained, to intuitive drawings that sort through political and environmental unknowns, each artist grapples with boundaries both visible and invisible. Their work invites viewers to consider the systems we navigate daily and the spaces where meaning slips away.

Craft and Connect: Exploring Chinese Calligraphy

Guest artist Sinrong Chen introduces Chinese calligraphic techniques that explore the movement of the brush and the quality of lines. Join KMAA artist Monique Ford for drop-in sketching workshops – perfect for both seasoned artists and beginners. Ford will be on hand to offer tips and techniques while participants draw inspiration from the KMA’s exhibition Shen Wei: STILL/STANDING. Each session will be unique and basic supplies provided. Open to adults and included with admission.
