  1. A premature blizzard baby finally was able to move home to Flint, Michigan this week. The baby arrived 9 weeks early which is why it has spent Christmas through yesterday in Buffalo hospitals. (WGRZ 2)
  2. 26 year old Buffalo man, Yassin A. Abdikadir, has plead guilty to grand larceny for stealing a firetruck. The maximum sentence is 15 years. (WIVB 4)
  3. Over the past 12 days, there have been 94 overdoses in Western New York from a new, and more fatal, heroin strand. 6 of these 94 overdoses have been lethal. According to the CDC, "drug overdose deaths have risen fivefold over the past two decades." (WIVB 4)
  4. Buffalo blizzard lootings sum up to 77, with 22 related arrests. The Broadway's Aldi alone saw $500,000 in damages.Keep reading at The Buffalo News.
