  1. On Monday, a 24-year-old man was arrested in Gowanda for outstanding warrants in Erie County and the City of Buffalo. Ethan McHale was pulled over by police officers on Edgewood Drive and was arrested and charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a narcotic and criminal possession of a stimulant. McHale was also charged with addition to two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.   2. The national bus driver shortage is expected to impact the Buffalo Public School District this year, officials say. The school district is expected to consider options for families to self-transport their children so the "most-in-need" students can receive yellow bike service. Public schools are asking parents whose children use the bus system to fill out this survey to help them evaluate their needs. (WKBW 7 News Buffalo)
  3. The Erie County Department of Parks and Recreation announced improvements coming to a number of Erie County parks. On Tuesday, the department said that millions of dollars will be invested into park restoration projects. Among the projects announced are restoring the Wendt Beach Park mansion, the horse stables in Derby, historic WPA structures in Emery in South Wales, and Ellicott Creek Park in Tonawanda.
