- One person is dead after a shooting Tuesday night. According to police, the shooting happened after 8:00 p.m. on the 198 near Delaware Avenue. The victim, a 19-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 21-year-old man is in stable condition at the Erie County Medical Center. As of Wednesday evening, police are asking anyone with information to come forward. (WGRZ.com)
- The City of Buffalo is seeking input from people like you on street improvements being planned for Bailey Avenue. According to the city, street designs are in development for the portion of Bailey Avenue between Winspear Avenue and Kensington Avenue. - After 28 months in service, Erie County is ending its COVID-19 information line. The county resource on testing and vaccine appointments began running in March 2020 and will take its final phone call today.
