  2. Buffalo’s Mercy Hospital is the first in the region to use the Pulsara patient app, designed to increase two-way communication at medical institutions. The app will be gradually implemented at all of the city’s Catholic Health hospitals. Read Spectrum News for more information.
  3. Buffalo City Council member proposes reinstituting the D.A.R.E. program in Buffalo schools. Councilmember Bryan Bollman suggests the revitalized version of the Drug Abuse Resistance Education program, Keepin’ it Real, comes to classrooms in an effort to prevent drug and alcohol use. Perhaps more importantly to Bollman, the program also promotes positive relationships to the local law-enforcement officers who run the 10 to 45 minute lessons at the schools. Learn more about the proposal via Spectrum News.
  4. Local businesses look forward to the economic boom from Shea’s Buffalo’s 2022-2023 season opening. The season began last night with the comedy musical The Prom.
