- In the upcoming election, four candidates are competing for Buffalo City Court seats. Three of these candidates, JaHarr S. Pridgen, Samuel P. Davis and Gary A. Wilson, are Democrat judges, while the fourth candidate, Christina G. Holdsworth, is running Republican. The term is ten years. Read more about each candidate at The Buffalo News.
- The 2022-2023 snow removal plan has been presented to the Common Council. The plan outlines improvements by using GPS to improve efficiency and accuracy. Learn more at WGRZ 2.
- To ease the setbacks caused by the fire at the West Side Bazaar, the Buffalo Sabres and Delaware North are hosting a 'Taste of the Bazaar' fundraiser. At the fundraiser, guests will be able to have their favorite beloved food from vendors from the Bazaar while financially helping to ensure the restaurants' futures. - Beginning this month, Erie County is offering free and confidential monkeypox vaccinations to all eligible residents through the outreach "Vax Visit" program.
