- A woman is in critical condition at ECMC after a motorcycle crash on Sunday morning. According to police, the crash occurred just after 11:30 a.m on Delaware Ave. between West Ferry and Highland Ave. The victim apparently lost control of the motorcycle, hit a curb and then struck a tree. A male passenger on the motorcycle was not hurt.(WGRZ.com)
- Early votes are in ahead of today's primary election day. More than 11,000 votes have been cast early in Erie County. Election day polling will begin at 6:00 a.m. today and close at 9:00 p.m. To find a list of polling places or learn more about the election, visit the Erie County Board of Elections website. - Wegmans has issued a recall on vidalia onions sold in New York. According to the company, these particular onions were sold by the pound and may have been contaminated with listeria. Listeria is a bacteria that can be harmful especially to pregnant women. The onions may bear a four-digit PLU sticker with the numbers "4159" or "4166".
