Blumenfeld Development Group Grows with Commack Building Acquisition
Long Island Based Developer Acquires Gymnastics Studio
The Blumenfeld Development Group (BDG) announced that they have acquired a 21,000 square foot industrial building at 5 Brayton Court in Commack, NY. The building currently serves as a gymnastics studio and will be converted back for industrial purposes.
The property sits adjacent to the TJ Maxx Plaza, a BDG owned property located at Jericho Tpke and Larkfield Road.
