Verve 55+ at the Suffolk Y JCC invites adults ages 55 and over to join its monthly Line Dancing series, a fun and social way to stay active while enjoying great music and movement. Each session is led by professional line dance instructor Sherry Palencia and is designed for all experience levels. Participants will have time to mingle and enjoy refreshments before and after dancing, making this both a fitness and social experience. Singles are encouraged to arrive early for a meet-and-mingle before the class begins. The program takes place at the Suffolk Y JCC, 74 Hauppauge Road, Commack.
