1. Wellness 101: The Creating Wellness Center of Commack will host a free, open to all, Wellness session tonight from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., they will educate the public on the importance of being healthy and the need to be aware of healthy recipes, harmful habits and easy ways to take care of yourself this year.

2. Drug Free 24/7: An awareness event run by the Commack School District with a video presentation and information about speaking with your children about drugs and alcohol. It will be hosted at John Mandracchia–Sawmill Intermediate School at 7 p.m..
3. Power Lunch: The Chabad-Center of Mid-Suffolk hosts a power lunch dial-in phone conference every Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 1:15 p.m..
