Tanger Outlets Deer Park to Welcome Main Event and Reimagined Nike Store in 2026
DEER PARK, N.Y. (Dec. 17, 2025) – Tanger Outlets Deer Park continues to elevate its retail and entertainment experiences in 2026 with the upcoming arrivals of Main Event and an expanded, newly located Nike store. Building on the momentum of the center’s recent renovation, the openings highlight Tanger’s continuing commitment to delivering a reimagined, best-in-class experience for Long Island shoppers.
Scheduled for an early 2026 opening, Main Event will debut its first New York location at Tanger Deer Park, marking the brand’s entry into the Tanger portfolio. The concept’s broad appeal spans all ages, offering state-of-the-art bowling lanes, multi-level laser tag arenas, immersive arcade games, billiards, gravity ropes courses and a chef-inspired kitchen and craft beverage bar. Nationally recognized for combining high-energy recreation and dining into one vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere, Main Event will occupy 46,189 square feet adjacent to Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue and Regal Cinemas.
Also opening in spring 2026, Nike will relocate and expand into a 26,065-square-foot space that reflects the brand’s next-generation retail vision. The reimagined store, located near Polo Ralph Lauren, Ugg and Karl Lagerfeld, will offer an elevated, digitally enhanced shopping experience designed to inspire and empower athletes of all levels. Guests will find an expanded product assortment across performance and lifestyle categories, including exclusive collections and immersive storytelling zones that highlight the innovation, sustainability and design that define the Nike brand.
