Sing-Along, Solo Exhibition and Bar Trivia Wednesday

Good morning, Ditmas Park! It’s supposed to be sunny today with a high of 75 degrees.
Here’s what’s happening today:
- The Dad Beats play at Lark at 11 a.m., followed by a sing-along with Andrew from Rolie Polie Guacamole at 4 p.m.
- The first solo exhibition in a New York museum by the artist El Anatsui will be presented at the Brooklyn Museum through August 18, 2013. The exhibition will feature over 30 primarily large-scale works in metal and wood that transform appropriated objects into site-specific sculptures. Brooklyn Museum, 200 Eastern Parkway, 10 a.m.
- Join VOCAL-NY, the Brooklyn Reform Coalition and theBrooklyn Young Democrats for a forum featuring the candidates running for Brooklyn District Attorney. Find out where the candidates stand on important issues like stop and frisk, drug policy, alternatives to incarceration, civil rights, the relationship between law enforcement and public health, and more. 180 Remsen Street, Brooklyn, 7 p.m.
- Come drink beer and write barter cover letters in an attempt to barter down LaunchPad’s debt as a collective. LaunchPad, 721 Franklin Ave., 7 p.m. Pay what you wish.
