$55 Million Tribeca Penthouse Is Nabe's Most Expensive Condo Ever

The pricey penthouse broke a neighborhood sales record, according to reports.

TRIBECA, NY — A Tribeca penthouse has sold for $55 million at 70 Vestry St. — making it the neighborhood's most expensive apartment ever.

The unit's sale puts it among some of the city's priciest closed sales of the year, in a building where Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady own an apartment, reported The Wall Street Journal.

The grand Vestry Street penthouse originally hit the market last summer with a $65 million asking price.
