The celeb couple are moving downtown from their previous Upper West Side duplex, which they reportedly sold in 2013 for nearly $9 million, about a million less than they paid in 2008, Variety reports. The mag adds Stiller currently owns 14 ocean-view acres near Kilauea, HI; modest digs in the foothills above Studio City in Los Angeles; and a 33-acre spread north of Manhattan in Chappaqua, NY.
How can they afford it? Easy! According to Box Office Mojo, Stiller’s films have grossed a total of $2.8 billion.
