Person Jumps From Financial District Tower, Police Say
A person jumped from a condominium building on Pine Street.

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — A man jumped from a Financial District condo building on Monday morning, an NYPD spokesman said.
The man fell seven stories from 20 Pine St. into a courtyard in the building and was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition about 10 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said. Police said the man is 46-years-old, but did not identify him.
Police originally stated that the man jumped from an office tower at 28 Liberty St., also known as One Chase Manhattan Plaza, but later corrected the address.

An NYPD spokesman could not provide an update on the man's condition after he arrived at the hospital.
