Ching-Yun Hu to Perform at East Meadow Library
The Taiwanese pianist will put on a concert on Sunday.

Ching-Yun Hu, a Taiwanese pianist, will perform at East Meadow Public Library on Sunday.
Hu is the winner of the 2008 Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, the 2012 winner of Golden Melody Award for Best Classical Album and the founder of the Yun-Hsiang International Music Festival in Taipei.
Her performances of the Beethoven Piano Concerto No. 1 and Prokofiev Piano Concerto No. 3 with the Israel Philharmonic were broadcast live to 38 countries, which lead to her participating in a seven-city recital tour across Israel.
The program will begin at the library at 2 p.m. The performance was made possible with public funds from the New York State Council of the Arts, a public agency.
