East Meadow Restaurant Debuts 1st Thanksgiving Feast

EAST MEADOW, NY — A new restaurant in Eisenhower Park is set to host its first Thanksgiving dinner.

The Union, which opened in September, announced it will serve holiday customers on Thursday, Nov. 23 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Along with offering its signature items, Executive Chef Tom Gloster created a special Thanksgiving-themed menu.

Diners can enjoy dark and white turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potato, apple chestnut stuffing, gravy, butternut squash soup. For dessert, pumpkin pie and pecan pie are among the options.

"Our Thanksgiving Dinner allows our customers to enjoy familiar favorites or try something completely new," said Elias Trahanas, co-founder of Trahanas Hospitality Group. "We are happy to share our Thanksgiving table with all of Long Island."
