East Meadow Student Wins Senator Hannon's Photography Contest
Melissa Bantz won the Animal category in Senator Kemp Hannon's "Best in Town" photography contest.

Melissa Bantz, a student at East Meadow High School was recently named the winner in Senator Kemp Hannon's "Best in Town" photography contest.
High school students throughout Hannon’s district participated in the contest, which sought to capture the spirit of the district and surrounding areas through photography.
Students were eligible to submit one photograph from four categories, People, Places, Animals and Nature.
Bantz was named the winner in the Animals category.
