Nassau Store Clerk Sold THC Gummies To Minors: Police
Police say he was illegally selling the drug-infused gummies to teens.

WESTBURY, NY — Nassau County police arrested a store clerk who they say was illegally selling THC products to underage customers.
According to police, Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives were investigating after two 16-year-old girls ate gummies that had tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Police say the investigation led detectives to Carmen Exotics Smoke Shop, located at 811 Carmen Ave. in Westbury.
Police say that on June 15, Ahmed Al Maghrebi Maher, 31, of New York City, sold THC gummies and a vaping device to an underage, undercover agent. He was arrested minutes later.

Maher is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to be arraigned later today in First District Court in Hempstead.
