- For the current 28-day track, grand larcenies are up by more than 26 percent.
- On the year, however, grand larcenies are still down compared to last year, though just by three percent.
- Burglaries saw a slight jump as well, with one more committed this year as compared to 2011.
- Robbery doubled the numbers from last year, with four committed in 2012.
- In minor crimes, petit larceny went up again compared to last year, with 29 committed in the most recent week, comported to 21 in 2011.
