KEW GARDENS, QUEENS — Police are looking for a man who slashed a commuter in a Queens subway station Thursday morning.

A 19-year-old man was heading into the Kew Gardens-Union Turnpike subway station about 7 a.m. when he bumped into a stranger, who pulled out a knife and slashed him in the hand and the arm, according to police.

First responders rushed the teen to New York Downtown Hospital in stable condition, police said.

The NYPD released surveillance images early Friday of a suspect they want to question about the slashing.
