Forest Hills Luxury Apartment Building Starts Offering Leases

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — A luxury apartment complex in Forest Hills has started offering leases to prospective renters in New York City this month.

The Yellowstone, 69-65 Yellowstone Boulevard, is now leasing its 166 units, made up of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 475 to 950 square feet.

Apartments start at $3,300 per month, and the building is expected to open sometime in 2023.

"Strategically located near Austin Street and offering easy access to all parts of New York City, Yellowstone is a testament to the rising trend of luxury real estate in Queens," said Martin Nussbaum, principal of the real estate firm in charge of the building, Slate Property Group.

In May, Trader Joe's announced it was setting up shop on the bottom level of the building.

Each rental has Bosch stainless steel appliances, black granite kitchen countertops and backsplashes, oak flooring, in-unit washer/dryers, and oversized windows to flood the spaces with natural light. Some units will have private outdoor spaces.

Building amenities include an outdoor lounge, an indoor lounge, a fitness center, an outdoor common terrace, a rooftop terrace, parking, and bike storage.
