Men Steal $2,200 From Rego Park Bodega In Violent Robbery
Police have arrested one man and are looking for a second suspect in a violent robbery at a Rego Park bodega earlier this month.

REGO PARK, QUEENS — Police have arrested one man and are looking for a second suspect in a violent robbery at a Rego Park bodega earlier this month.
A 21-year-old man was working at a convenience store at 98-51 63rd Rd. the morning of Saturday, June 15 when a man choked him and dragged him to the floor, police said.
Another man, who was arrested and charged Monday, took $2,200 from the cash register, according to police.

The victim went to New York Presbyterian Hospital Queens with a minor neck injury, police said.
