Pair Found Dead In Forest Hills Home, Police Say

The 93-year-old woman and her 66-year-old son had no signs of trauma, the NYPD said.

FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Officials are investigating the deaths of a mother and son found unconscious in a Forest Hills home Sunday morning, the NYPD said.

Cops found Hsiang Wang, 93, and Sam Wang, her 66-year-old son, unresponsive inside their home at 102-40 62nd Ave. at 9:20 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Neither person had any signs of trauma, police said. Paramedics pronounced them dead at the scene.

An autopsy will be done to determine the pair's causes of death, but detectives suspect the son - who cared for his mother - had a heart attack, leaving her unable to care for herself, the New York Daily News reported.
