FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — It's a dream listing for GiGi Malek, the longtime Forest Hills resident in charge of selling Spider-Man's home.

The home belonging to Peter Parker located at 20 Ingram Street, the address printed on a 1980's Spider-Man comic, is currently on the market in StreetEasy for $2,138,000.

Malek, a real estate agent at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty, told Patch that the Marvel superhero's home has attracted a lot of interest from all over.

"Sometimes it's surprising to the people who come in because they don't all know," Malek told Patch, referring to the Spider-Man fun fact.

Meanwhile, the home has been a Forest Hills staple for younger generations in the neighborhood after actor Tobey Maguire first walked, ran, and swung through Austin Street and Metropolitan Avenue when filming the first Spider-Man movie released in 2002.

"It really did make an indent on these kids," Malek said. "My son had the same Spider-Man costume for five years, he would not give it up."

Malek said that the current homeowners had no idea what to do with the many fan letters they received over the years. Several letters are now on display at the City Reliquary Museum in Brooklyn.

The home has been on the market for a little over three months, but showings have been halted as the current owners pack their belongings.
