$2,030 Clinton Hill Studios Available In 'Affordable' Lottery
The city put up 35-units in the condo building at 325 Lafayette Ave. on the housing lottery this week.

CLINTON HILL, NY — Studios renting for $2,030 went up on the city's "affordable housing" lottery this week in the Lafayette Avenue condo building that replaced Key Food, city records show.
The lottery at 325 Lafayette Ave. started this week with 32-units inside the luxury building with prices going all the way up to $2,581-a-month for two-bedroom apartments, according to NYC Housing Connect.
The eight-story condo building the units are in has a bike room, gym, rooftop and lounge inside, city records show. The project was announced in 2015 when developers filed plans to demolish the one-story Key Food at the site, but developers promised to retain a grocery store at the site, DNAinfo reported.

The lottery includes 14 studios at $2,030 available to a single person making between $69,600 to $95,030, according to the notice. The building has 13 one-bedroom apartments up for grabs renting at $2,145 a month for a single person making between $73,543 to $95,030 or two people making $73,545 to $108,550.
There's also has eight two-bedroom apartments in the lottery for $2,581 available to two people making between $88,492 to $108,550, three people who make $88,492 to $122,070 or four people who make $88,492 to $135,590.

Applications for the apartments are due by June 5, the city said.
