76 Affordable Fort Greene Apartments Taking Applications
Affordable studio, One- and two-bedroom apartments are available at 300 Ashland Place; applications open until Sept. 19.

FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN — Applications are now being accepted for 76 affordable apartments at 300 Ashland Pl. in Fort Greene, a 32 story residential tower managed by Two Trees.
A total of 23 studios are open to households of one or two people making between $32,640 and $43,500 annually; 35 one-bedroom apartments are renting for $949 per month, for households of one or two people making between $34,971 and $43,500 annually.
Additionally, 18 two-bedroom apartments will rent for $1,087 per month, and are available for households of 2-4 people making between $39,874 and $54,360 annually.

Aaprtments at 300 Ashland feature in-unit washers and dryers, garbage disposals, keyless entry, and pre-installed shades to cover the expansive windows.
The building has an a lobby with 24-hour concierge service, on-site parking, bike room, sun-deck and residential lounge. A branch of the Brooklyn Public Library is also on the ground-floor.

Applications will be accepted until Sept. 19.

Applications are required to be postmarked by Sept. 19. Applications that are postmarked thereafter will be set aside for possible future consideration.
Community Board 2 residents will receive preference when filling half of the units, while municipal employees will receive preference for when filling 5 percent of them.
