Affordable Housing Lottery Opens In Clinton Hill Development

CLINTON HILL, NY — A housing lottery launched for 13 apartments inside a new Fulton Street building last week, city records show.
The lottery includes one- and two-bedroom apartments starting at $1,744-a-month in the 41-unit 1068 Fulton St., near Classon Avenue, development that took over two buildings on the lot, according to Housing Connect.
There are six one-bedroom apartments available in the lottery at $1,744-a-month for one person making between $59,795 to $95,375, city records show.

It also includes seven two-bedroom apartments at $2,099 for two people making between $71,966 to $108,550, three people making between $71,966 to $122,070 and four people making $71,966 to $135,590.
The apartments are in the new Fulton Street development which started in 2014 with the demolition of a four-story and one-story building that used to occupy the lot, DNAinfo reported.

The development includes a laundry room, rooftop and gym, city records show. Deadlines to apply for the lottery is on June 27.
