Eight-Story Apartment Building Planned For Fort Greene
Developers filed plans to build an eight-story building at 167 Willoughby St., New York YIMBY reported.

FORT GREENE, NY — A developer wants to tear down a more than 100-year-old Fort Greene educational facility and replace it with an eight-story apartment building, records show.
Boomerang Building Fund filed plans to build an 80-foot-tall building at 167 Willoughby St. to replace the three-story structure currently on the lot, New York YIMBY first reported.
The plans call for 28 apartments inside the new building with an enclosed parking garage with three spaces, according to Department of Building records.

The building will replace the current 167 Willoughby St. structure that was built in 1905 and renovated in 2001, New York YIMBY reported. The site was formerly the home of the Boy's Town of New York School.
