Former Rat Infested Rental Building To Become Condos, Report Says
The rental building at 475 Washington Ave. will convert to condominiums, the Real Deal reported.

CLINTON HILL, NY — A doorman rental building in Clinton Hill that previously needed cats to help deal with its rat problem will convert to condominiums, the Real Deal reported.
Developer Barry Leon submitted plans earlier this month with the state's Attorney General to switch the building at 475 Washington Ave. into condos with 60-units, according to the offering plan. No prices for the apartments were listed in the records.
Leon bought the spot for $2.9 million in 1995, the Real Deal reported. In 2014, residents complained the building was overrun with mice in 2014 and the building's superintendent got the help of two cats to deal with the problem, DNAinfo reported.
