The apartment contains 4.5 bedrooms in total: One is occupied by Jonathan and the other by an unnamed female roommate. From the looks of it, their pad — located at the edge of the Pratt Institute campus — is spacious and cheery, with bright blue kitchen walls and sunlight pouring in through the windows.
