FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN — City officials are planning to hold two public info sessions on the new mixed-income apartments at 461 Dean St., the affordable component of the Pacific Park development rising above and alongside Barclays Center.

The first session will take place on Monday, May 16 at 6 p.m. at Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration, located at 1378 Fulton St. in Bed-Stuy.

The second session will be held on Tuesday, May 24 at 6 p.m. at PS 9, located at 80 Underhill Ave. in Prospect Heights.

Applications for 461 Dean will be accepted until June 27.

Studios will be rented for as little as $559 per month, while two-bedrooms will cost as much as $3,012 per month.
