  • One studio is available for one person making between $32,617 and $38,053 annually. The studio will sell for approximately $156,444.
  • Four 1-bedroom units are available for one person making $37,274-$43,487, or two people collectively making $49,700-$57,983 annually. The units have an estimated sale price of between $165,283 and $252,330.
  • A total of six two-bedroom apartments are available for 2-4 individuals collectively making between $41,934 and $48,923 annually. The apartments have an estimated sale price of between $163,577 and $179,691.

Those applying should be able to put 10 percent of the purchase price down. You do not need to be a first-time homeowner to apply, but the apartment would need to be your primary residence.
