FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN — Two Trees Management has offered a new peek inside 300 Ashland, one of Fort Greene's highest profile mixed-income developments.

According to Two Trees, the property — located at 300 Ashland Ave., of course — features 379 units, of which 76 have been set aside for lower income earners.

(The lottery for the affordable units hasn't opened up yet. However, there is a free seminar taking place Thursday evening that will discuss the property, and will teach attendees how to apply for affordable housing in general. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Brown Memorial Baptist Church, located at 44 Washington Ave. near the Navy Yard.)

A Wednesday press releases touted 300 Ashland's numerous amenities, including a 24-hour gym, a roof deck on the 29th floor and a parking garage. Apartments are adorned with white oak flooring, in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel countertops and energy-efficient appliances.

300 Ashland will also play host to a movie theater (BAM Cinemas), dance spaces operated by 651 Arts, and a new outpost of the Brooklyn Public Library, along with 43,000 square feet of retail space on Flatbush Ave.

• Studios will start at $2,800 per month
• 1-bedrooms will start at $3,400 per month
• 2-bedrooms with one bathroom will start at $4,900 per month
• 2-bedrooms with two bathrooms will start at $5,750 per month
