Plans Filed For New Six-Story Building In Clinton Hill
Developers filed plans to build a six-story building on the empty lot at 258 Saint James Place, New York YIMBY reported.
CLINTON HILL, NY — A new six-story building will be built on a Clinton Hill lot that's been empty for more than a decade, New York YIMBY first reported.
A developer filed plans with the city last week to build a seven-unit apartment building at 258 Saint James Place, according to Department of Buildings records.
The structure will take over 10,532-square-feet of the lot with 8,820-square-feet dedicated to the apartments, according to the plans.

The owner of the building, Meshulam Hass, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The site previously had a three-story building on it but it was demolished in 2003 and the lot has remained vacant since, records show.
