Two Affordable Clinton Hill Apartments Hit NYC Housing Lottery

CLINTON HILL, BROOKLYN — Two new affordable apartments, going for as little as $947 per month, are now available on the city’s housing lottery.

NYC Housing Connect began accepting applications for two newly constructed apartments at 452 Lafayette Ave. on Monday and will continue to do so until Aug 1.

The five-story building on the corner of Lafayette and Franklin avenues offers residents access to its roof terrace and laundry room, and is one block away from the Classon Avenue G train stop.

The one-bedroom apartment, priced at $947 per month, is available to a single applicant who earns between $32,469 and $40,080 or two applicants who earn between $32,469 and $45,840 in total.

The two-bedroom apartment, priced at $1,072 per month, is available to two applicants who earn between $36,755 and $45,840, three applicants who earn between $36,755 and $51,540, and four applicants who earn between $36,755 and $57,240.
