Adelphi Breast Cancer Program Receives Grant
For the tenth year, the hotline and support program was a beneficiary of the Long Island 2 Day Walk To Fight Breast Cancer.
The Adelphi NY Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline & Support Program was again this year a beneficiary of the Long Island 2 Day Walk To Fight Breast Cancer (LI2DAY).
A $28,000 grant will assist the program with its support groups and counseling services for those with breast cancer and their family members.
LI2DAY has raised and donated nearly $5 million to community-based programs that provide help to Long Islanders affected by breast cancer since its inception in 2004.
