Garden City Chamber Merchant Cards Available

Friend of the Chamber Merchant Cards are now available, free of charge, to local residents at the chamber toll lodge and Garden City Properties/GC Commerical both located on Seventh Street.

The initiative, started by the Garden City Chamber of Commerce and the Merchant, Professional and Retailers Group, is aimed at encouraging residents to shop locally. Residents should present the card each time they make a purchase at one of the participating businesses listed inside the brochure, including 
FOS LIVING Eco Salon, Spa and Store, Coquette, Garden City Pizza, Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness and more than a dozen more.

"Each merchant has determined their unique consideration for cardholders which is listed within the brochure," according to the chamber website.

For example, residents can enjoy free delivery and hanging with a $100 purchase  at Sunflower Fine Art & Framing; 10 percent off their dine-in only bill for parties up to 10 Monday through Thursday at Prost Grill & Garten; a 10 percent discount on photo processing, frames and accessories at Neptune Photo; 20 percent off in-stock merchandise (exclusions apply) at Le Joaillier of Garden City and more.

The card is valid until Dec. 31, 2014 and is available now for pick up. The chamber office is located at 230 Seventh Street and GC Properties is located at 171 Seventh Street.
