Items of the Week from the A.T. Stewart Exchange: Barnyard Animals, Collectible Signs

An assortment of barnyard animals and collectible signs are in the spotlight this week.

This week's feature from The A.T. Stewart Exchange is an assortment of barnyard animals and collectible signs. Our first item is the large rooster sitting on a straw bed/eggs sign. It's offered at $15. Next, there's a standing duck for $12, followed by a good-sized, wooden rooster, priced at $20.

On the ground, we see a wooden pig for $15, another wooden rooster sign for $10, a black and white pig for $18 and a paper mache rabbit for $15. All items are available at the time of posting and would be a fun addition to a kitchen, porch or family room.

The A.T. Stewart Exchange (consignment shop), located on the lower level of The Garden City Historical Society, offers unique items for sale and is run by volunteers. Founded in 1975, The Garden City Historical Society is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. All profits go to the restoration of the Museum. The shop is located at 109 Eleventh Street in Garden City, just west of Franklin Avenue, 746-8900. It is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and from noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays. Parking is available behind the Museum. Please visit the Society's website at http://www.gardencityhistoricalsociety.org/.
