June 19: School Board, Lax Tournament, Readers' Choice and More

Here are the Five Things You Need to Know for June 19.

1. School Board: The Garden City Board of Education will hold its regular monthly business meeting tonight at 8:15 p.m. in the high school. Look for the agenda later this morning.
2. Readers' Choice: Don't forget to nominate your favorite business in Garden City, New Hyde Park or Mineola for a Readers' Choice Award. Will be handing out 25 in these categories.
3. Lacrosse Tournament: We'll have coverage of the Jay Gallagher Memorial Lacrosse Tournment held this past weekend coming up later today.
