Man Shot To Death In Nassau Saturday: Police
He was found at a Hempstead intersection, police say.
HEMPSTEAD, NY — A man was shot to death in Hempstead Saturday, police said.
According to Nassau County police, the apparent homicide took place at 12:22 p.m. at the intersection of West Graham Avenue and Peninsula Boulevard; officials were called to the scene to respond to a report of an unresponsive male.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult man who had sustained apparent gunshot wounds and administered medical aid, police said.

The man was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead by a physician, police said.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
