GARDEN CITY, NY — A motorcyclist died in a Garden City crash Saturday afternoon, police said.
According to Nassau County police, the crash took place at 3:50 p.m. when a 28-year-old man operating a 2021 Kawasaki motorcycle was involved in a collision with a 2007 Lexus, driven by a man, 66, on Old Country Road in the vicinity of Prescott Street.
The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene; the driver of the 2007 Lexus was transported to a local area hospital for minor injuries, police said.

No charges were filed in the crash and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
