Nassau Dems Endorse Garden City Resident for State Senate
Ryan Cronin receives party's nomination for New York State's 6th Senate District.

The Nassau County Democratic Committee nominated Garden City resident Ryan Cronin for New York State's 6th Senate District during its May 29 convention.
Cronin is challenging the incumbent, Kemp Hannon, who has been the state legislator since 1977.
"Nassau voters deserve new and independent leadership and I'm honored to have the county party's nomination," said Cronin. "Young people are leaving our area because it is becoming increasingly difficult for working families to achieve a good quality of life here. I am running because I want to ensure that Long Island remains a great place to live, to work and to do business."
