Officer Oswald Earns Legion's Law & Order Award
Garden City police officer recognized for outstanding performance during the past year, including the arrest of a subject reaching for a loaded firearm at a traffic stop.
Officer Stephen Oswald received a 2013 Law & Order Award during ceremonies last month hosted by William Bradford Turner American Legion Post #265.
Officer Oswald was awarded for his outstanding performance during the past year, including the arrest of a subject who was reaching for a loaded firearm at a traffic stop as well as 28 additional arrests including larceny of an auto, possession of a stun gun and a serious felony drug arrest.
