INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF GARDEN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Pursuant to the provisions of the General Municipal Law and Chapter 200 of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Garden City, New York notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of said Village will meet in the Village Hall at 351 Stewart Avenue, Garden City, New York on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. to conduct a hearing on the following matter:
APPLICATION OF ADELPHI UNIVERSITY, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 200-16A (8)(b) and 200-53(E), of the Village Code, for authorization of the issuance of a permit to allow the construction of a new 99,691 sq.ft. two and three (2 & 3) story “Nexus” Building situated on the northwest portion of its campus known as One South Avenue (Map of Descriptive Property, Parcel D 71) - in accordance with plans filed with the Building Department.
The Board may transact any other business that shall properly come before the meeting.
