Garden City Summer Concert Guide 2012

There's some great performers coming to Garden City this summer.

The Recreation and Parks Department is hosting its annual "Summer Music on the Village Green" concert series this July and August. There will be five Thursday performances, all free to the good people of Garden City, that will each start at 7:15 p.m. 

Here's the line-up of acts.

• July 5 - The Devotions
• July 12 - The Liverpool Shuffle
• July 19 - Emil Stuccio and the Classics
• July 26 - Terranova Little Big Band
• Aug. 2 - Linda Ipanema and the Dixie Cats

In the event of a less than beautiful summer sky (rain), all shows will be held indoors at the Cultural and Performing Arts Center at Cluett Hall. Due to the space limitations at the indoor facility, proof of Garden City residency will be required.
